I'm a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist with a decade of experience. As a former high school social worker, women's basketball coach, and student-athlete, I understand how difficult and time consuming it can be to manage the various responsibilities and challenges you face. 

By using a collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based approach, I will tailor your online therapy sessions to fit your unique values, needs, and goals. I provide telehealth so you can conveniently access support amidst your busy schedule.
