My experiences working and competing within the words of education and athletics have provided me with first hand insight into what it's like enduring these intense environments; to feel mentally, emotionally, and physically drained and to become overwhelmed with endless to-do lists, feeling like you're never doing enough. I've come to realize that with the right strategies and support in place, IT IS POSSIBLE to build your confidence and to achieve the balance, peace of mind, and fulfillment you deserve.

Hi! I'm Megan Murray

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist with a decade of experience. As a former high school social worker, women's basketball coach, and student-athlete, I understand how difficult and time consuming it can be to manage the various responsibilities and challenges you face. 

By using a collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based approach, I will tailor your online therapy sessions to fit your unique values, needs, and goals. I provide sports psychology tools for athletes, and I offer telehealth so you can conveniently access support amidst your busy schedule.
