If you're a student, athlete, teacher, or coach, I understand how overwhelmed you might feel. Chances are you're exhausted, anxious, stressed, and maybe completely burnt out.

It might feel impossible to find time for rest and to stop worrying about your grades, athletic performance, relationships, or work. To the outside observer, you might appear to have it all together, but internally, the pressure, criticism, and demands you face on a regular basis could be taking a serious toll on your health. 

My experiences working and competing within the words of education and athletics have provided me with first hand insight into what it's like enduring these intense environments; to become mentally, emotionally, and physically drained and to feel like you're never doing enough. I've come to realize that with the right strategies and support in place, IT IS POSSIBLE to build your confidence and to achieve the balance, peace of mind, and fulfillment you deserve.

Hi! I'm Megan Murray

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist with a decade of experience. As a former high school social worker, women's basketball coach, and student-athlete, I understand how difficult and time consuming it can be to manage the various responsibilities and challenges you face. 

By using a collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based approach, I will tailor your therapy sessions to fit your unique values, needs, and goals. I provide sports psychology tools for athletes, and I offer both in-person and online sessions so you can conveniently access support amidst your busy schedule.
